Susan Collins, ARM, SPHR, is a well recognized Risk Management and Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing Human Resources and Risk Management-based initiatives in support of key business objectives.

Susan gained stature as the go-to professional through her passionate, proactive and proven approach to Risk Management and Human Resources by demonstrating that to achieve desired results; process, variables and contingencies must be identified and properly considered in order to avoid or resolve problems and losses.

Corporate experience, formal education and professional development combine to provide the knowledge and skill sets for success in both the Risk Management and Human Resources fields. Notably, Susan has served as a Corporate Risk Manager and Human Resources Director for a large, multi-state electrical construction contractor. Her duties included planning, organizing, administering and controlling all risk management and human resource functions. Susan’s broad industry experience comes through her involvement with a national consulting company servicing contracts focused on identifying cost-drivers and loss control solutions for various industries.

Susan earned Bachelor of Science, Master of Arts in Education, and Master of Science degrees, from Springfield College, East Carolina University and Nova University respectively. She accomplished professional designations through the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters, Insurance Institute of America; and the Society for Human Resources Management. For over a decade Susan Collins has served on the Board of Directors of the Suncoast Safety Council where concern for public and occupational safety is a shared objective.
